RENOMIA GROUP has become one of the three largest insurance brokerage groups in Lithuania. The new members are Insurance Bee and Claim Solutions

RENOMIA, one ofthe leading insurance services and risk management groups in the Central and Eastern Europe region, acquires a majority stake in the Lithuanian companies Insurance Bee and Claim Solutions. Thanks to this merger, the RENOMIA GROUP is now among the largest insurance brokerage groups in Lithuania and is also strengthening its position as a leading player throughout the Baltic region. 

The two Lithuanian companies together employ over forty specialists and are led by the siblings Mindaugas, Rugilė, and Karolis Šatkauskas.

The management will remain in place after the integration into the RENOMIA GROUP, and both insurance Bee and Claim Solutions will continue to operate under their own brands in the Lithuanian market.

Insurance Bee operates as an insurance broker and is led by Mindaugas Šatkauskas, a professional with extensive experience in the international insurance market. Mindaugas is also a successful mountain climber who, over the course of his career, has conquered Mount Everest, the world’s highest peak, as well as several other eight-thousanders.  

Claim Solutions, led by Director Rugilė Šatkauskaitė, focuses on resolving complex insurance claims, often with an international dimension. Both companies specialize primarily in vehicle insurance, transportation, and carrier liability. They plan to expand into other sectors in the future.
