The new Director for Strategic Cooperation at RENOMIA is Vilém Matyáš, who will actively focus on acquisitions and development of strategic partnerships. He has been with RENOMIA for 11 years as CFO. RENOMIA has been growing organically and through acquisitions since its foundation, and over the past 10 years, the company has expanded to include 14 successful brokerage companies in the CEE region.

As CFO, Vilém Matyáš had been in charge of supporting the implementation of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) of all brokerage companies within the RENOMIA GROUP. With regard to the future development plans of RENOMIA, this area will now be under the oversight of the new Director for Strategic Cooperation.

He will concentrate on the acquisition projects and development of strategic partnerships with existing and potential partners in both the Czech Republic and abroad. RENOMIA currently has branches in seven countries in Central and Europe.

Pavel Šustek became the CFO last year. Pavel Šustek has 23 years of experience in finance and has joined RENOMIA from Atlas Copco, where he served as divisional vice president of controlling.
