The development of the sophisticated concept of self-insurance, also known as captive insurance, which has recently been penetrating more and more from the USA to Europe, resonated a lot from the purely insurance perspective," says Marek Štimpl, Head of Consulting at RENOMIA GROUP and one of the participants at this year's conference.
