RENOMIA GROUP strengthens position in Poland: buys insurance broker MODUS

RENOMIA a. s., a leader in insurance services and risk management in the Czech Republic and Central Europe, acquires a majority stake in the Polish company Kancelaria Brokerska MODUS. It thus strengthens its position in the largest of the Central European markets, where it was already operating through two subsidiaries prior to the current acquisition.      

With the January 2025 transaction MODUS becomes a member of the RENOMIA GROUP. It will continue to operate on the Polish market under its own brand and the current CEO Rafał Trębski will remain at the helm of the company.   

RENOMIA GROUP entered Poland back in 2022 with the acquisition of Alfa Brokers, which originates from Toruń and has been operating on the market since 1991. Subsequently, the Polish subsidiary RENOMIA sp. z o.o. opened an office in Warsaw. As of today, the entire RENOMIA GROUP has nearly hundred experts in Poland offering clients services in the field of insurance and risk management. In total, RENOMIA GROUP operates in thirteen European countries and manages insurance premiums of over one billion euros.

Kancelaria Brokerska MODUS is a family-owned company founded in 2007. MODUS has offices in Skierniewice and Warsaw and specializes in insurance services for corporate clients, especially in the financial sector. It also has a strong position in services for agricultural clients and various interest associations. The strengths of the MODUS team include individual client management and quality claims handling.
